Natalie Barber, PT, Cert. MDT

Natalie received her Bachelor’s degree from Daemen College in Amherst, NY in 1990. Natalie has over 30 years of outpatient orthopedic clinic experience. Natalie is a certified therapist in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (of the spine) from the McKenzie Institute. She is also a certified therapist in the use of Sole Supports – “True Custom, Biomechanical Foot, Comfort and Functional Orthotics.”
Natalie has attended extensive continuing education seminars. Some of these include manual therapy – John F.Barnes (myofascial release), Robert A.Donatelli – shoulder, knee, strengthening and conditioning. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, New York Physical Therapy Association and McKenzie Institute of the Americas. Natalie has a passion for what she does and is very dedicated to her profession. It is very gratifying and rewarding for her to see her patients quality of life improve.
Natalie is a native of the area and resides in Lake George with her husband and two children. She enjoys many outdoor activities- her passion is skiing and she loves to spend time with her family on Lake George in the summer.
Kelsey Kneeshaw, DPT

Kelsey is originally from Bolton Landing, NY. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from Clarkson University in 2016. She is dedicated to using her clinical skills to educate and provide the best care for the patients of ADK PT.
During her free time, Kelsey loves spending time with her family traveling and exploring the Adirondacks. She is often skiing, hiking or cruising around Lake George.
Lori Combs, Office Manager

Lori is from Warrensburg NY Lori is married and has 2 sons and 6 grandchildren.
She has 17 years experience in the office sector and enjoys being the Office Manager at ADK.
Lori strives to keep everything organized and enjoys her interactions with our patients.
She loves to spend time with her family. She also works part time for the Adirondack Thunder hockey team.
